Condolences

Condolence From: Tom Schmitt
Condolence: My sincere condolences to the Norgrove family for their loss. Mr. Norgrove was my baseball coach for six years. Four years of varsity baseball and summer leagues from the time I was 13 years old. Mr. Norgrove was also an assistant football coach for the four years I played at Rogers. He was also my high school history teacher. I have nothing but great memories of Mr. Norgrove. He was a very good coach, excellent teacher and a wonderful human being that cared deeply for his students and players. Class of 1959.

Condolence From: Rick Heuvelman
Condolence: To the family of Coach Norg, I'm sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of being in a Golden Hawk uniform playing baseball for your father. (1972-1974) He wasn't the yelling type of coach and always keep his players loose with his dry sense of humor. My prayers are with you all.

Condolence From: Bill Morren
Condolence: Coach, I have many fond memories of you. You graduated with my mother from South High and then you had me as a student and Baseball Player. Sometimes we would have to convince you to call practice and come in out of the rain. I remember the OK conference as only 8teams back in 1964 when we beat the City League All Stars down at Kimbell Stadium in the first John Bos All Star Baseball Game. With many fond Memories, Bill Morren Class of "65"

Condolence: Dear Norgrove family, I know you probably do not know me but your Mom and Dad were my teachers at Rogers School. I had your Mom for music and she was the one to introduce me to the symphony. Your Dad was my history teacher in high school. I also used to take care of you when you were small. I have wonderful memories of both of your parents. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. Janice Altenbernt Beyers

Condolence: Rest in Peace Dick. You were always very good to me when I was your batboy/gofer and later a young ballplayer with very little talent. You always let me play and treated me kindly. Thanks for the great memories "Coach".
