 | Mark Wm. Neitzel, Manager, Funeral Director Mark Wm. Neitzel was born and raised in Bay City Michigan and graduated from Bay City All Saints. He received his degree in Mortuary Science from Wayne State University in 1993. He moved to Holland in 1994 and has been serving families in the Holland and Zeeland area ever since. Mark is married to Debra, a 2nd grade teacher at Eagle Crest Charter Academy. They have three children, Zachary, Jacob and Lyndsay. The Neitzels are members of First Reformed Church in Holland. |
 | Rachel E. Raczok, Funeral Director Rachel grew up in Fremont, MI and graduated from Fremont High School. She graduated from the Wayne School of Mortuary Science in 2010 and moved to Robinson Township in 2012 where she lives with her husband, Richard. In her spare time she enjoys cross country skiing, kayaking, cooking, and playing with her Shih-tzu, Stormy and Pug, Windy. |
 | Michael P. Dozeman, Funeral Director Michael P. Dozeman has been a licensed funeral director since 1989. He graduated from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science with a Bachelors Degree of Mortuary Science. He is involved with local church, community and school organizations. Mike lives in Zeeland with his wife, Susan and their three daughters, Laura, Melissa and Hannah. Mike is dedicated to serving the lakeshore communities with dignity, compassion and personalized service - all at a reasonable cost. |
 | Robert Hitesman, Funeral Director After owning his own funeral home in Cadillac, Michigan for over twenty years, Bob and his wife, Mary Jane retired and moved to Zeeland to be closer to their family. Bob now helps with many aspects of funeral services and visitations. His years of experience provide valuable insight on serving families in the most compassionate and caring way. |
